They do want another LHD but it's probably going to be another JC type LHD from Spain.
If there wasn't a war on I would've suggested Russia, Black Sea Fleet in particular with Odessa in mind.
The Russians are too proud for that to happen
It was reported that they were going to buy the French LHD Mistral at one point before it got derailed.
It isn't the same for western stuff though.
Oh top of this last year there was a Russian Navy delegation in Shanghai to check out Anhui. They arrived just in time for the big COVID lockdown in Shanghai and by the time lockdown was over Anhui was already out on sea trials, so they ended up touring that Thai 071 instead.
That's why Russia was the name that jumped out first to me. They have a clear need and we know they've tried unsuccessfully to acquire LHD before. But the state of war being what it is throwing around money to buy big ticket item like 075 would seem inappropriate. If it is indeed Russian than perhaps the deal was signed before 24/02/2022.

agreed its a large ship but LHD have been sold before country to country, like Mistral Class and Spanish design went to both Turkey and Australia and Thailand has bought a Type 071 LPD
Russia can be removed from the list, they are building two 075 size LHA's in Crimea. As you mentioned, Turkey and Australia have already chosen Spanish design. There are not so many players who would be able to afford and operate 075.

the Thailand Type 071 LPD definitely sets the precedent and I believe Malaysia has show interest in the LPD platform before too and I dont think Indonesia is not too far away from this conversation either
China is in a pretty good position to sell to these counties furthering integration operability with these navies too
I am not saying this 4 x Type 075 LHD is a export but the possibility is certainly there
with Pakistan buying the 4 x Type 054AP + 8 x SSK the coalition navies in this region with similar geopolitical views could benefit from shared platforms
