They need commission one 075 every year on average for the next 5-6 years. 031 was commissioned last year, 032 this year. 033 will be in service either end of this year or early next year.

Both 031 and 032 were commissioned in 2021 and I fully expect 033 to be commissioned this year. AFAIK batch 2 has not been ordered yet so I would not expect a 075 to be commissioned in 2023.

Read carefully my wording. Pay attention to "need," and "on average." Because if they want to build eight 075s by 2027 based on credible rumors, it's reasonable to project such schedule and speed, as they have demonstrated to be capable of so far.
