I have a feeling it maybe just 31000++ tonnes as some source indicate, the reason for that is, compare the photos of the type 071 berth next to the Canberra class LHD at Sydney’s Garden Island naval base. Wiki states the Canberra full load displacement is 28000 tonnes and it completely dwarf the 071.
I am sure you can find someone who will fly a drone over a newly launched warship and give you the pictures.
