Its hard to be sure, but the twitter account of raj47 is from a retired Indian colonel who specializes in analyzing satellite images.

Looks like China's amphibious forces are due for significant expansion - it's been relatively slow pace:

071 LPD 6 + 2
075 LHD 4
Zubr 4 + ?
726 will be mass produced (engine has been indegenized)
Navalized Z-20?
Marines has been expanded to 6 brigades, likely to expand to 100,000 strong.

4 x LHD ? I thought the order was for 3 LHD ?
