This looks like the outpost at Fiery Cross Reef because of that pier/breakwater in the background. Can anyone confirm which outpost this is?

I understand that the southern-most point of the Nine Dotted Line claim is an underwater atoll. It would make sense for China to build an outpost on that atoll.

I can confirm that outpost is Fiery Cross Reef. The concrete pier and separated tower in the background match up with this known picture of Fiery Cross Reef.
