About civilian ships, I wonder what's the percentage of Chinese owned tankers that support China? And merchant ships in general?

You mean, all the tankers and merchant ships coming into/out of China and carrying oil, ore, food, etc. are Chinese owned? I find that hard to believe.

Seems odd to decommission 053H1Gs while there are still older 053H1s in service, albeit one assumes not for much longer. EDIT: Chinese Wikipedia lists the most recent unit, commissioned in 1995, as being transferred to the Dalian Naval Academy, so that makes more sense.
Still, I don't think this implies any modifications to existing production plans. It's possible that the retirement of these vessels was "forced" by some unexpected development, but it is most likely that production plans of types such as 056/A and 054B have been made in anticipation of certain existing types retiring in a certain timeframe and a certain order. Of course even the best laid plans are subject to uncertainty and variation in terms of budgets, costs, and schedules, but by and large I think it is most reasonable to assume that what is happening is what has been anticipated to happen.

They went from titanic to even more titanic when they were merged with CSG or China Shipping Group in 2016 because the brutal competition between these two companies are not doing the two any good. They also now own OOCL, which is Hong Kong's biggest shipping group and which also owns some of the biggest container ships in the world.

In total, nine Type 056 corvettes have joined the People Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) since the beginning of 2020. The “Jingdezhen” (617) was admitted to active service in the PLAN East Sea Fleet and assigned to the 16th fleet based in Xiamen.
The PLAN reportedly has plans to build up to 70 Type 056 and 56A corvettes, but has apparently reduced its target to focus more on larger vessels. The construction of Project 056 corvette began in 2012, and is one of the largest fleet in the PLAN. Last year, China launched its .

Chinese Wikipedia lists 57 units in service, with 11 commissioned thus far in 2020. The origin of the discrepancy between Chinese Wikipedia's 11 units and the "9 units so far in 2020" headlines is unclear, though several units are listed simply as having been commissioned in "2020", i.e. no specific date. Possibly the status of these units is disputed or no commissioning ceremony was observed/reported?
