Not surprising as many off-the-shelf parts are used in many weapons systems. Many years ago (about 10 years I think), a photo of HQ-16 or HQ-9 was circulated in internet, showing a Panasonic relay on the launcher of the launcher vehicle.From the video at minute 15:25 > 15:27 identified what looks like a schneider circuit breaker.

Also, many of the foreign branded commercial electrical/eletronic parts are actually made in China, so there is no question of sudden cut off in supply.

It's actually Chinese with a German label outside.
Maybe it's the Germans (and other countries) that are using Chinese brands. ;P
