Request : but are commercial circuit breaker used in military ships ?
What capabilities would a "military grade" circuit breaker feature to you or how would a foreign brand circuit breaker send data to the CIA?

Schneider makes different grades of breakers (and other gear) for different applications including those that are Marine certified. I can't tell what kind this is from the blurry photo.

Not surprising as many off-the-shelf parts are used in many weapons systems. Many years ago (about 10 years I think), a photo of HQ-16 or HQ-9 was circulated in internet, showing a Panasonic relay on the launcher of the launcher vehicle.

Also, many of the foreign branded commercial electrical/eletronic parts are actually made in China, so there is no question of sudden cut off in supply.
