If the type 055B has a railgun, will this be the first major divergence on weapon systems deployed in a major surface combatant?

DEW seems to be the future. However on railgun there might be a difference between the USV and PLAN
of course. But the fun part is that USN is getting lazy in producing their illustration by taking cues from PLAN, in the same way as some lazy Chinese illustration took cues from US.
I personally fear this mentality from the US, they are finally adopting a don't re-invent the wheel or try to fix something not broken methodology.
The shutter speed on the camera is so fast it still manages to catch the two horns for the radio interferometer on the HQ-10.
On the last two pictures, there is a circular or saucer like object flying in the sky near where the image of the HQ-10 missile is. Drone or UFO... Never mind I think its a cover from the HQ-10 launcher being popped out as the missile launches. A second cap is missing from the launcher which means a second missile will shortly be launched after this for a two missile salvo.

The HQ-10 missiles differ in the 3rd and 4th shots. Can anyone explain?Launching HQ-10 from aft launcher.
The missile "rolls" on the x-axis, hence the antennae visible in the third shot are not as visible in the fourth one, also the control fins pop out.
