I believe I've written a very detailed post earlier about why he carries zero credibility and how he intentionally sow misinformation and division among the community to support his status as "someone matters".

To add some more to what others have said:
Even when he is proven wrong he would deny that and find excuse (it took him like half year to finally admit he's wrong on 075 but insist he's still 80% correct).
He would claim victorious with some very ambiguous information (sometimes wrongly interpreted or completely make up) when there is nothing concrete to support him.
When doing all of above he would often insult others in the community as illiterate for not agreeing him or his follower would do that.

TL, DR: he is just an influencer with zero inside knowledge and very little understanding of what he's talking about. Minne Chan would be like a misguided lamb compare to him. If we don't have time for her, we surely wouldn't want to waste any on him either.

Odd picture, as that looks like the ship is in the sub degausser in the Hainan sub base.

Perhaps 102 over in Sanya is not actually Lhasa and will actually have a different name?

Maybe 102 made a run back to Qingdao to meet the Mayor after being photographed in Hainan?

The interior decoration is very Tibetan. The carpet, table clothes and chair covers are Tibetan patterns. The motto on the badge is stylized to emulate Tibetan script.

I don't know if you are asking what I was saying, or just making a joke. Anyway, I was answering Temstar's question whether 102 is Lhasa. The photo showing 102 was Jan 27th, the visit by Lhasa Mayor is 2nd of March, there is one month for the ship to return to Qingdao for the visit.

She's probably there for warm water trials or to avoid doing trials in the cold climate up north. Or it can be both. The PLAN tends to sends ships down south during the winter. In the meantime, and probably before she left Hainan for Qingdao, she borrowed the degaussing dock in the submarine bay usually reserved for the 093s and 094s.
