China never asks for complete products if it can get its hands on the underlying technology. If the underlying technology is no better than what they can already do though they have zero interest. With where Chinese naval technology is, they might as well ask for the type 30 engines in exchange. Even nuclear reactor technologies might not garner much interest today.

LOL Nobody wants that POS blueprint from Russia except maybe India (though India might wanna buy the ship instead). The Shtorm has never been built, much less tested or debugged, which means it could be completely riddled with problems that no one including the Russians know how to solve.
