Unless they have taken hull 1 back out of the water, that is hull 2 - about to be launched? Or an old photo.....Latest photo on the 1st unit's progress... The main gun is under wraps, as are the mystery sensors atop the bridge. The front starboard AESA panel doesn't appear to be installed yet, as the temporary cover is still in place.

It is likely that those are just covering plates at launch...they then take those off and install the actual electronics during outfitting...normally.
I cannot say of they were already installed, but based on the other vessels, other DGs, carrier, etc. they install the electronics during outfitting.
Also the alleged X-band AESA cover looks beefier than the covers above it and suggests it may also have been installed. What I saw from hull #1's launch was that the front starboard panel cover appears identical to 052D's normal panel cover: it definitely wasn't the temporary cover they use during outfitting, which looks crude and protrudes quite some ways, whereas the normal cover fits more flush.

Also, if I am reading the draft markers correctly then either the "normal" or "full" displacement of the 055 places the navigational draft at 8.2m, which is less than I expected. I thought it would be more like in the 9 to 9.5m range.
