Yeah. Thats why I think grouping coast guard with active combatant like 054A is really odd.

....

056 corvettes (22 hulls) have been transferred to the coast guard, with accompanying removal of their missile systems and other refits.

056A corvettes (52 hulls) are all still in active service with the PLA Navy and there are no indications they are being transferred anywhere else or being retired. These are the hulls that have towed linear sonar and towed variable depth sonar systems.

Hub wrote "In Yankee’s talk show last night, he mentioned PLAN intends to transfer all frigates in the destroyer division to the frigates division. That means all 054As will combined with 056As, become the offshore defence force."

I.e.: suggesting 054As will join the 056As in the PLAN's offshore/greenwater fleet, which is part of the navy, not the coast guard.

It's all fairly clear in the last few posts, so read more carefully, unless you didn't know the difference between 056 and 056A.

The 056A FFL differs from the 056 FFL being that she is an upgrade step-up from its predecessor in the domain of ASW.

Besides, the oldest 056A is not even 10 years old, while the newest 056A entered active PLAN service just 3 years ago. Hence there is neither the reason to retire nor transfer them to the CCG.

However, given by Yankee's notion that the 054A FFGs will be slated to join the 056As in the PLAN's offshore/green-water fleet, I do envision that they will stick within and around the vicinity of the 1IC by acting as:
1. Offshore anti-air defense batteries,
2. Support/conduct anti-submarine and anti-seabed warfare, and/or
3. Radar-&-sensor pickets + intelligence gathering.

Meanwhile, 054B FFGs will join the 052C/D DDGs, 055 DDGs and CVs by operating as ASW-cum-AAW escorts for PLAN CBGs and SAGs in the "true blue" WestPac.

Though, until the 054Bs are entering PLAN service en masse, we should still see 054As sailing in the "true blue" WestPac for quite some time.

In Yankee’s talk show last night, he mentioned PLAN intends to transfer all frigates in the destroyer division to the frigates division. That means all 054As will combined with 056As, become the offshore defence force. In this scenario, how to arrange 054Bs becomes a problem. Because it’s a more expensive ship but still a frigate. Some people are talking about 054B may become a new generation 051B, a very small number of transitional models.
Given that we see in 054b, i'd personally expect them to exactly match what is happening with 054a.
It's just an overall better, more relevant version of it.

With diesel engine ~30MW total, I am not sure whether 054B can keep up with 052D, 055 and CV ... or perhaps there will be some surprises in a few moths in regard to 054B propulsions, I do hope so

You mean J right? Regardless though, the YJ-83s are still big round missiles. I doubt the NSM is particularly stealthy unlike the LRASM (although Kongsberg does advertise it as such), but even the newest YJ-83s don't seem to even make an attempt at it.
I always wonder how much effort is put on LRASM to make it stealth. Do they put RAM coating on it? Its shape also looks more for fitting on revolver rack inside a bomb bay rather than RCS reduction. Lockheed Martin always advertise like it has the same stealth technology like F-35 and I've also seen claims that it's just a subsonic cruise missile with a weird shape.

There's also an additional argument. How much effort to make a missile stealth is too much? As it appears we can't make a one shot silver bullet with today's technology thus it goes back to whether it's cost effective.
