Rumors... This points to a new dual band AESA that is going to be used in the 054B/057, and which maybe built after the Type 075s are done.
新型デュアルバンドAESAレーダーは二か所の研究所に開発されて、その中の一か所により統合された。去年の噂によるとすでに複数基が採用されて、075型以外、後続の新型フリゲートにも配置される予定だそうだ。やがて054Bか057が来る。
The new dual-band AESA radar was developed in two laboratories and integrated by one of them. According to last year's rumors, multiple units have already been adopted and will be placed in the new frigate following the model 075. Eventually 054B or 057 will come.

There is also a Kilo there, and I suspect this Kilo is also in for a refit. That's also going to be of interest as to how the Kilo will be "sinicized" in its refit.
