No, the ones intended for PN haven't yet been constructed.
Although it should be quite clear when they are fitting out since they carry different kit than original 054A

Nope .... 1st one is under construction & steel cutting already done for the 2nd.

All 3 will be delivered by 2021, while the construction of 4th will start in Karachi at end of 2020.

Sorry for being fussy, but does that mean by the end of 2021, or by the start of the year?

Are there any plans to leverage the 054A/P acquisition to develop a sustainable indigenous naval construction capability, perhaps in the form of a follow-up order for additional units to be constructed in Pakistan?

The controls for 054A's forward VLS... Judging by the interface, this particular console controls the two silo-packs (eight silos per pack) closest to the bridge. There should be another console that controls the two forward silo-packs.

The two button arrays are for silo #3 and #4 respectively. The rotary switch is for cell cover control and is at an unmarked position, the left being open hatch, the right presumably being close cover. The operator's thumb is on the launch button and the one bellow is the disengagement button. The two buttons with safety cover are for arming missiles and preparing for mission.

Do we know if Type 054A has an automatic engagement mode? On a high alert it would take a long time with full manual operation.

I haven't read anything about 054A having an automatic engagement mode, but the absence of information is not confirmation of its absence. I'd be surprised if it doesn't have such a mode, although it's probably not set to automatic by default; I'd imagine human operators retain the final say before engaging.

Two ships getting some maintenance. 548 is missing her Type 382 search radar, MR90 targeting systems, and her Type 366-2 passive detection systems. Also missing are her antiship missiles.

This pair is berthed where the two Sovs 136 and 137 used to be. I wonder where the two Sovs went.
