Could be but not sure, because of the photographer's watermark, who usually takes photos of warships in Chinese ports, unless he flew to Russia for that event. Another is the high number of cranes in the background.

Never mind, there is a suspension bridge on the back on the first picture, which I believe is the one on Neva river.

Last one is most interesting, as an LHD, I think that might be the USS Wasp, might have gotten too close to an area where the Type 055 was undergoing trials. A Type 054A vigilantly monitors the US ship.

With the systems and subsystems the two navy will be closer together

Also I hope we get 6 x Z20 or Z18 variant of helicopters and not those Z9C

Modify the hanger and the deck but get a proper helo it’s just as important
