It's exactly the same source. Fzgfzy is someone whose words are basically confirmation like pop3 because he's a confirmed industry insider. He was even in attendance at 002's launch ceremony at Dalian.

To be clear though Fzgfzy is in the manufactures side of the industry. He’s not on the design or procurement side.

Hence it takes the project to get to the manufacturing or at least late design stage before he can give design details. Usually, the shipyard builds models of ships before they build the actual ships (like the 056 model they have to the HK official) so fzgfzy is able to get a nice overall look of the design once they do.

If they can launch 30th unit early in 2018 that would mean in 11.5 years they did average of 2.6 units per year

Astonishing production run

Now if they add to that order of 24 units they will eventually surpass 50 x FFG very modern

Good going by both shipyard HD and HP

The construction of Type 054A Frigate will come to an end with number of 30, succeeded by 054B which already started building in Shanghai.
Time fly seem like it is only yesterday they unveil type 54 Now 10 years latter 30 have been produced
strengthening the chinese considerably It is truly the work horse of the PLAN. When it first show up the western press dismissed it as lightweight. But now the US and Japanese are buidling similar frigatte
But time to to move to better thing looking forward for type 54B

at some point they will run out of three digit pennant numbers
