The 6th and final 052C Destroyer 'Xi'an', pennant no: 153 was commissioned on the 9th February 2015, according to a Chinese report.
After what appeared to be a lean year in 2014, regarding major surface combatants being inducted into the Chinese Navy.............in the last few weeks we have had a few 052C Destroyers, and 054A Frigates being commissioned.
Next up, should be the 2nd 052D.........which I imagine should be commissioned soon!

Great news so ESF has 150-153
SSF has 170 and 171
Add in 172-175 for SSF with Type 052D
Then ESF can get another 4 x Type 052D for second flotilla 154-157
Then NSF can finally get 4 x Type 052D 117-119
That's 6 x Type 052C and 12 x Type 052D
