As of present, one out of the three new 052DGs (labelled 052D #38) is visually confirmed to be under construction at Dalian's Dagushan, with another possible 052DG in the same drydock (presently (and likely erroneously) labelled 055 #14):

As for whether the three new 052DGs (36th 37th and 38th) belong to the 4th batch or lead ships of a new 5th batch, there is still no viable answer as of present.
Actually, is there a possibility the 055 No.14 is a 054A? It seems a bit strange but my measurement using sentinel is 135m, very close to 054A length and it does not seem to have additional space to extend further that hull given 055 No.12 is there as well.

I don't recall Dalian building any FFGs before, so that's quite unlikely.

Regarding the drydock where the 36th 052DG and 11th 055 are currently being constructed: The overall length is about 360 meters, which should leave about 20 meters of spacing (055's ~180 meters + 052DG's ~160 meters = ~340 meters). 5 meters of spacings at both ends of both ships facing the drydock wall and lock gates should still leave about 10 meters of spacing in between the two ships.

In the meantime, I believe that the 135-meter length you obtained may have resulted from measuring the lower hull sections at the present stage of construction (which is always shorter than the upper hull sections), as the ship began construction quite late compared to the previous two hulls.

The photo quality isn't very helpful either, so there's the ambiguity.

Makes sense. We have to wait for more imagery.
