I hope you are not referring to this.
潘镜芙主要从事水面舰艇设计研究,成功主持设计了我国两代四种型号导弹驱逐舰, which meant two generations and four types of designations for destroyers.
I guess I am, as I was reading only the English version.

Quoted from the CV-16, CV-17 STOBAR Carrier thread.

Out of curiosity, I took a look at the drydock to the east, which is famous for the "5x 052D DDGs under construction at one time" sight at Dalian - And it seems like those two remaining 052Ds in the drydock won't be in the water anytime soon.

Apparently there are two newly-laid ship hull-shaped modules(?) in the outer half of the drydock:

Satellite photograph taken by Sentinel-2 L2A just today (September 28).

Tracing back, those new modules(?) were first spotted on the 20th this month.

Any idea what those two new modules(?) are for? Someone on the ground should go take a closer look.
Looks like I was sorely mistaken. Those two hull-shaped modules(?) are probably temporary-in-nature.

More information:
That is actually the 26th 052D DDG (or the 1st 052D of the 4th batch), which was launched late last year at JN. That Z-8 is likely just a placeholder model.

Alleged ship name is Dazhou (达州), with pennant number being 158.
