The H/PJ-45 designation comes from a public visit of a Type 052D, where a netizen showed a plate on the gun with the name written on

This plate was on PLANS yinchuan(175, #4 of the 052Ds). And this photo was taken in a public open day.

I think all the 052D were equipped with H/PJ-45, before the DL variant.

Also since when 052DL uses H/PJ-45 as a main gun ? I thought only Type 055 uses H/PJ-45 ?

052D has been using the same gun at the start. Same gun as the 055 but there is one difference. The 052D's gun has a muzzle brake while the 055's gun does not. This means the 052D's version of the same gun has a slower muzzle velocity to reduce stress, keep in mind that the 052X shipframe was meant for the Type 210 gun.

off-topic, but the point of Wikipedia is verifiable information, not accurate or correct information. If the information is not verifiable with any "reliable source", it can and sometimes will be thrown out of the window, regardless of how correct/accurate it is.

Just think about how the mechanics of a muzzle break works and it makes sense because the projectile would have already exited the barrel by the time the hot gasses hit the muzzle break to start having an effect. There is no reason why a muzzle break would reduce velocity of the projectile unless you had to cut the barrel length to fit it.

The downside of a muzzle break is massive noise focused on the 3 and 9 o’clock directions when you are firing. On a 360 rotating turret, maybe you can see the actual downside to it and why most warships don’t use it while land based artillery almost always do. I expect everyone on the bridge would need to wear ear protection when the main gun is in use or they may suffer heating damage from the focused sound directed at them when the gun is shooting to either side of the ship.

The original comment is closest to the truth but it has nothing to do with shell velocity. The primary function of a muzzle brake is to reduce recoil but the key disadvantage is greatly increased noise to the sides and rear. Being a 7,500-ton platform, the 052D wasn't supposed to mount the 130 mm in the first place. So when they upgunned from the original 100 mm Type 210, it was logical to add a muzzle brake to reduce stress on the hull when firing. The Type 055 is a much heavier, wider, and sturdier platform and so doesn't need a muzzle brake to reduce recoil, with the added bonus of not shattering the eardrums of everyone on the bridge.
