It's a type 052D and thus it has 64 VLS
They are refering to the second photo on Forbin's post, that is a 055. If the intermediate missile launcher cavity is the same dimension as the bow cavity like satellite photo suggest, then as Asif said, it would definitely have 128 missile launchers.
Unfortunately they are all 052Ds. You can easily tell by the unilevel raised stripe above the rear deckhouse where the hangar is, as well as the configuration of the CIWS platform forward of the main deckhouse.
