I can answer any attempted defence of their "inclusiveness" of Asians by angelos with 3 simple pictures:
There's a mainlander living in US called 大头鹰 who does TikTok live streaming 'in conversation' with these illegal immigrant wannabes. Callers are mainly people in China who want to move (走线) to the US illegally and 大头鹰 has apparently given himself the mission to talk them out of it. His streams are posted on YT, both short excerpts and full streams. Going by the videos, frankly, the callers are mostly ignorant, stupid and thus easily misled.
Primary beneficiaries of such illegal migration are the agents who arrange the trips, known as 黑中介. Secondary beneficiary is Chinese society as a whole, if you believe the sarcastic YT comments.
As the tail end of internationalization, paying Japanese artists less money gets you better work, not counting the exchange rate advantage and the disproportionate group of Chinese illustrators who hate their country.

You know, like, I just thought of something.
Like, I really don't follow too much about how such a ban on Gallium would affect the Americans and their producers, simply because I am more interested in the Chinese stories.
Now that you mention it, the gold rule, I realized something.
The reasoning for the Americans to ban chips to be sold to Huawei, was to halt production of 5G gear. That was the whole point. Huawei beat it with a stockpile. If the Americans could convince others that Huawei cannot produce the products because they lacked the chips, they would have won that round if Huawei lost customers because of that.
Now that the shoe is on the other foot, not too sure about gallium stockpiles in American hands.
The situations are different too.
Huawei kind of knew how many 7nm chips it would need in their base-stations, because the design of the network will require X amount of base-stations and from there we can work out how many 7nm chips will be needed for manufacturing and deployment, then have enough as spares and wait for the Chinese IC to develop. A plan with certain targets along the way.
With gallium, that is unknown, because everything is expanding with its use, demand is expanding, so they probably will need a lot more in the future, amounts that they will have to source from somewhere.
Then again, like, who the bleep cares. It is their problem, along with the mass shootings, Biden's drug addiction, and dancing nakid people on the streets.
Amazing at the sheer self righteousness of these replies on twitter, they can continue all they want but in the new world, these westerners will eventually find themselves at the bottom of the food chain and one day will eventually cry for the days they have freedom to mouth off like the uneducated shits they are. Cause when they finally start receiving the very same treatment that the Jews received at the hands of the Nazis, they will not have any where near the same amount of arrogance they have now.

And just a few weeks ago, I was getting an earful for suggesting that some Chinese expats in America despite geopolitical tensions may not necessarily feel like going back to China is worth it for the moment, due to the differences in living standards, economic situation, and career oppurtunities.
