I liked it better when Yahoo was an uncensored free-for-all when it came to comments. Now they show their white supremacist biases. I was commenting to an article where Republicans want to declare fentanyl a weapon of mass destruction so they can militarily strike Mexico. My comment wasn't accepted for some reason by their algorithms. I didn't insult anyone so I had to start editing out instances I pointed to where the US was the drug dealer in the world. Every time I remove any reference one by one... it still didn't accept it until I removed any mention of the Opium Wars. Now Yahoo will censor anything regarding the truth because the truth offends some Americans and they don't want it being told. Someone at Yahoo had to specifically command nothing allowed mentioning the Opium Wars. Maybe if I said the British version where they lie that the Opium Wars were about the British trying to stop Chinese from using evil opium and China went to war with them because of it, they would've allowed that reference The West believing they believe in free speech is a fantasy.

CIA chief: US decoupling from China would be ‘foolish’ given economic interdependence

  • ‘China is the only country with both the intent to reshape the international order and increasingly the … power to do so,’ Burns said in a lecture in the UK

would be foolish given the deep economic interdependence so the United States should try to diversify its supply chains.
“China is the only country with both the intent to reshape the international order and increasingly the economic, diplomatic, military and technological power to do so,” the Central Intelligence Agency chief said to Britain’s Ditchley Foundation – a non-profit foundation focused on US-British relations – during a lecture in Oxfordshire, England,

MOSCOW, July 1 (Reuters) - U.S. CIA Director William Burns said on Saturday that disaffection in Russia with the war in Ukraine was a once-in-a-generation opportunity to recruit spies - and that his agency was not letting it go to waste.

"Disaffection with the war will continue to gnaw away at the Russian leadership beneath the steady diet of state propaganda and practiced repression," Burns, a former U.S. ambassador to Moscow, said in a lecture to Britain's Ditchley Foundation in Oxfordshire, England.

"That disaffection creates a once-in-a-generation opportunity for us at CIA - at our core a human intelligence service. We're not letting it go to waste."
