I can smell it coming that they're going to say it's because of racism. The Republicans have this narrative they're pushing to deflect any accusations of racism on the US by charging China is more racist. One argument they use is China doesn't allow immigration while the US does... while Republicans are working to stop too many "coloreds" from coming to the US.
