Not really subjective, you are supposed to analyze and adapt the ideas to the material conditions of each country. Which is why Marxism-Leninism and Maoism tend be more widely adopted by the Global South as the material conditions that gave rise to the Soviet Union and the PRC are similar, which is that of being undeveloped or under-development, being exploited by the Global North, namely the traditional european colonial powers(and now the US) and even so, it shouldn't be tit for tat but further refined as the material conditions of, lets say, Bolivia aren't the same as that of Haiti, just like a Marxist movement in the US wouldn't and shouldn't be like that of China, Russia or wherever.
Which is why patsocs/magacommunists are just a bunch nazbols.

Ukraine gets choice terms from IMF compared to the coloured nations. Y know, I’d respect Indians more when they say this if their rulings elites and privileged classes who are also the most vocal on twitter, weren’t also trying to suck up to the anglos as well as whining about affirmative action.
