Western propaganda and marketing has deep roots in psychology and pseudoscience (infamous Edward Louis Bernays, nephew of Freud). It is Pavlovian conditioning at its finest, once you repeat the words enough times, it looses its meaning and becomes just noise.

Although, I've always had a problem with "Win-Win Cooperation". China has this tendency where the initiatives always have to have a catchy, language-easy slogan. "Mutually beneficial" is much more widely used and accepted.

"Win-win" terminology came from mid-1900s American business culture. Whenever I hear somebody use it the associations are "used car salesman"->gimmicky/shady or "rich banker"->detached from reality. "Win-win" sounds like they're trying too hard to sell the BRI.

Yes, but the US has its own dog whistles as well like when Americans say 'rules based order' they mean white anglo american atlanticist supremacy and 'liberal democracy' and freedom mean enslavement and vassalage to white american interests.
For eg India is considered to be 'freer' than China.

ADP is funded by Japan and US mainly, so this is very nice. How they must hate open tenders.

There have been no statements or written understandings made public since then by either government, but I was told by someone with access to diplomatic intelligence that there was a discussion of the pipeline exposé and, as a result, certain elements in the Central Intelligence Agency were asked to prepare a cover story in collaboration with German intelligence that would provide the American and German press with an alternative version for the destruction of Nord Stream 2. I'm not sure if this excellent article was posted before. It demonstrates that it's total BS that
  • China will invade Taiwan soon to distract from domestic problems.
  • China will invade Taiwan soon because China's policymakers worry that China's power will start to decline and China will miss the window of invasion. In fact, the opposite is true, it's the US that worries about the rise of China and the declining of its own power.
