Just look at how many grey hairs Xi now have after their last call due to the extreme mental stress put on him from having to endure so much verbal diarrhoea, it’s little wonder he is in no hurry to talk to Biden again. And given how keen the Americans are for Biden to call Xi again needlessly, one cannot help but wonder if the CIA have not somehow managed to weaponise Biden’s senility and turn it into a slow burn assassination tool. If one call with Biden is enough to take 3-5 years off your life, 20 calls would be enough to kill off almost any world leader!

He basically is saying that due to the short history of western states, they can only see the relation of countries being zero-sum, dominance-subordination, hegemony-extinction. He started his thought when he compared today's world to China's warring state era. He argues that China is effectively forced to go backwards by accepting the western concept and living among the barbarians, but China should never forget what she is fighting for, in Xi's term “人类命运共同体", or its ancient name "天下一家".
