To make it even worse, the US averages ~1700 train derailments a year. Shipping volatile and dangerous chemicals by rail when the rail infrastructure is falling apart and extremely accident prone is just asking for disasters to happen.

1700 derailments a year? What the actual fuck? Has the FBI looked into the company that repairs and replaces all the damaged and destroyed rolling-stock from all these derailments? Because I can see 1700 motives per year for them to want to actively sabotage US rail infrastructure.
We got a similar incident in eastern Canada. It was oil but more of the same... Company own private rails without repairs and private trains in bad conditions to make more money in their lifetime and screw everything else.
This is probably why they keep banging about meh Chinese balloon. It’s a distraction.

Especially the USA, Nordstrom 2 destruction has shown the USA to be a terror state that every nation should be wary of and that Russia should be prepared to do the same if americas defenses are ever down because the USA has no moral high ground but the disaster is Ohio (one that I do believe is karma for not even doing anything to ensure such an incident ever occurs) proves the USA to be both destructive and stupid. May the world take note not to repeat these stupid mistakes but then again, Europe might repeat these errors though because they are starting to exhibit similar levels of stupidity
