And how much is VA budget in China? and whether VA is part of defense budget in China?
About 140B CNY or $20B in 2019. Such spending is not counted in China's official defense budget, but is counted in SIPRI's estimate of the Chinese defense budget.

The Infographics Show is one of the worst offenders in terms of jingoism and misinformation these days. The channel all but blatantly supports genocidal repression of America's geopolitical rivals and its audience mindlessly laps it up. Even when it covered other topics the show regularly didn't perform due diligence in its research and often got facts wrong.
The Infographic Show? That channel promotes nuclear genocide on Russia and China. They have no info, just more heroin for those American jingoistic losers.
The only positive thing that I can think about that channel is that maybe, it could add into the chorus calling for China to get more nukes.

When I went to China with my wife just during the time of the HK riots, when I was in Cheng Du and Shen Zhen, I felt not only safe but a sense of wonder and amazement when I saw all those robots cleaning the streets and I honestly felt as though in some ways, it is legitimately better then Melbourne as in this is seriously what a first world city should be like, but in HK, I always felt a sense of backwardness and not safe although I mostly felt it was because of those rioters and the fact that well, US influence is really messing things up. I am not sure what it is like now though. I am genuinely interested to know what Taiwan is like since my mom might visit but with some of the tweets of them literally doing porn on the street, I am a little skepticalI noticed this too. China, by many of its aspects, didn't feel like a developing country while I was there. People were actually doing their job instead of cheating each other all the time. The Netherlands is fine but as far as I see (and unfortunately we see since English is the global language) the UK and USA are filled with scammers and "get rich quick" type of people nowadays.
Why was China a low-trust society? Because western media said so? How does cutting queues have anything to do with trust in society?I noticed this too. Lets be real. There was a time when helping old people land you in court. Why was China a low-trust society? Because western media said so? How does cutting queues have anything to do with trust in society?
Don't be brainwashed by western media, the good values instilled by Chinese culture doesn't change rapidly unlike economic conditions.
