Not based at all. He's a businessman and realises that Ukrainians aren't worth helping. Even if you do help them they will still act ungrateful and expect more.

Plus he releases that if something happens with Taiwan he'll be expected to do the same with China. Giving up the Russian marketshare is one thing, but doing the same with China will mean he's poor.

The only difference between America and a country like Brazil or Mexico are the billionaires propping up the GDP per capita. Human development indicators are middle income at best. If the billionaires all go America reverts back to third world standards.

It is proposed by Cote d'Ivoire on behalf of African countries.

It is not surprising who voted "No" and "Abstention". "Abstention" is a quite "No" as the proposal does not point finger to any country, region or "race".

It is clear how unwilling the human right "champions" is to cut off their past deeds and have a fresh start with the rest of the world.

Those countries that voted "no" or abs were being pressured by the US. Remember Nikki Haley declared the US is taking tabs on UN votes that the US disapproves.

Hey man, it seems to me like after Yutu-2 visited the far side suddenly China is having all sorts of scientific breakthroughs coming out of the woodwork in the last few years.
