Instead of celebrating her success, this athlete is spreading propaganda against the Chinese team, what a shameful attitude. I bet Sinophobic forces in PH will use her fame and influence to push their Sinophobic agenda in the upcoming elections in the country next year.

It can't be appealed. At most, the judge can be permanently disqualified. The Olympics are notoriously stubborn once the medals are handed out. Even a mathematical error (Paul Hamm, Alexis Nemov, etc...) will not reverse the medals. The only thing that will reverse the medals is if the winning athlete was found at fault because stripping a medal is considered the most serious admonishment against the owner.
Yeah, so apparently the Japanese reporters kept asking Meng how she feels entering into the finals against Ito and Meng replied, "We'll cross that bridge if we come to it." And then Sun eliminated Ito.
I thought she trained with team China then moved to the Philippines to train by herself. I didn't know she took a Chinese coach with her. She should have bowed to all of the Chinese coaches on camera following her win to show that she doesn't forget her teachers. For her to say anything negative about the people who made her medal possible against thier own interests is a total lack of honor. Her coach acted with the highest degree of sportsmanship in not disclosing her strength to his own team because if he had, Liao would have taken her seriously and she would not have won.Instead of celebrating her success, this athlete is spreading propaganda against the Chinese team, what a shameful attitude. Fan won 4-3. Even looking at the live feed scoreboard is giving me a heart attack. I can't imagine what the athletes are feeling.
