Hong-Kong Protests

This Ted Hui is so fishy.
All of these "pro-democracy" leaders rely on subterfuge, deception, and deceit (redundancy intended).

From SCMP
Lawyer James To Kun-sun of the Democratic Party said he had no knowledge of the crowdfunding, but jumping court bail was not legal grounds to freeze Hui and his family’s bank accounts.

From Dimsum
As for the more than 3 million funds he raised to pay for private prosecution cases last year, Hui said that all the funds have always been kept in the lawyer’s accounts and the audit report has been fully disclosed, emphasising that the funds have nothing to do with his personal and family accounts.

Now I understand that he could have a personal lawyer that handled it separately from the party, but looking at his crowdfunding link:

From the link he is specifically identifying himself as LEGISLATOR Ted Hui (立法會 許智峯議員) [Correct me if I'm wrong, as I mentioned, I'm a stupid CBC, lol], so his party's lawyer should be aware of it at the very least.

Again, it could be that he is not doing a good job of separating his private ventures and party ventures, but his party not even being aware of $3.6m HKD is at the very least an ethical violation, if not a legal one (*my opinion, not known for a fact)

His audit report only goes until June, so it is not really proof of anything as he claims.
Furthermore, his crowdfund page shows ~$3.5m HKD, but the audit shows 3.6m HKD, 100K HKD is not huge, but I think the big inconsistencies means even the little ones bear scrutiny
Beyond that, that is not a detailed audit at all. "Legal Fees" is basically the only expense with no breakdown whatsoever.

As mentioned by @KYli, HKPF claims only $850K was frozen

Remember when those so-called leaders said this was a mass DNA collection effort? Doubtfully a coincidence, Gordon Chang recently expanded this to a worldwide scheme.
Who would care what he says? Even in the US there are people calling for wide testing. Most HK people are now united in getting tested, a slap on Gordon Chang's face.

The fourth wave in Hong Kong "mostly involves high-income groups and elites. Many local transmission cases are of unknown sources, as elites are reluctant to cooperate in divulging their travel histories."

No surprise there, elites were probably holidaying in Indonesia or Greece or somewhere exotic, even if that exotic place had covid transmission. And probably brought it back home in their private planes. You can always trust elites to break the rules that constrains their lifestyles. Not even a pandemic can stop them from enjoying life and splurging money

Good works. Finally, the HK government is going after these religion entities that is the forefront of this color revolution.

Former pro-democracy lawmakers Wu Chi-wai, Eddie Chu and Leung Kwok Hung were arrested at their homes on charges related to organizing and participating in the protest, according to Facebook posts on their respective pages.

Hongkong continues to clean up. Although Title should be more reflecting to reality, they are rioters, secessionists, terrorists etc... "Pro democracy" is largely not conform to reality.

Well done HK!

I support bringing them to India, Africa and South America. They will enjoy the greatness of freedom and democracy.
