J-10s are for sale to foreign governments, so showing them to the Russians doesn't pose any more risks than Chinese-adapted SU-30s.

No export of J-10 has taken placed so far. But then again only PLA gets to decide what they want to send to Russia and we can only speculate their reasons.

These two Communist plutocrats are gone, but Xi Jinping and Wang Qishan are still hunting down their network of corrupt generals and commissars.

It's good to see Chinese government is cracking down on corruptions. So does cracking down on plutocrats make the government not a plutocracy?

It depends on how many plutocrats have been taken down and how many are still in power. Since all governments have some amount of plutocrats, it all comes down to degrees of infestation.

So send J-10s instead. Are the PLA plutocrats afraid to show their hardware abroad?

Neither J-10s nor J-11s are dedicated air-to-ground/surface multirole platforms in the same sense as Su-30s/F-15Es. It would be akin to using assault rifles for a skeet-shooting competition if China sent the J-10/J-11 series.

China sent J-10 for one of the Peace Mission exercises (I forgot whether it was 2011 or 2012). They also sent JH-7As in previous exercises.

There are some so-called democratically elected nations that are governed more corruptly, but they get away with it. Their anti-corruption bureaus cannot touch them. That said, Wang Qishan is a beast. OT over for me.
