I must admit that's indeed strange ... officially it is still scheduled for the original date but via a good friend I heard the same albeit with no explanation. Behind closed doors, he remarked that there were rumours: “The show will be moved to December. And no foreign civilian aircraft will be allowed to take part. Something’s going on.”

There must be more than rumours as the website of the German aviation industry says "The start date of the trade show 2026 has not been announced, yet !" - see

According to Yankee there is a chance that they may display subsystems for Chinese sixth gen (composite structure for broadband stealth) at this year’s Zhuhai Airshow.

PS Apparently Shilao just had a kid. Will probably be gone for a month or so.

Actually we are planning … but we have no information yet on which date it will be and under which conditions we could attend.

The airshow will include a maritime equipment exhibition area, with PLAN sending three ships to be open to the public. Looks like 055, 052D and 054?

There were also some boats, I guess these are USVs?

Oneninety is saying 7-13th.

张之洞 is also saying the PLAN will have an unprecedented presence this year. Please let me see serial J-15Ts with WS-10H2s. I beg. I'll do anything.

From this year onwards, perhaps the organizers should just change the event name from Zhuhai Airshow to Zhuhai Defense Show.
