I wonder why they dont have exoskeletons, every trial of them anywhere seems to show that their value in artillery and logistics is high

They are primarily being tested in some logistics and medivac units, but I expect it will soon be expanded to artillery.

Strange, the ukrainians really seemed to like those hypershells* they bought, esp in their artillary, I wonder why the PLA hasnt just made the leap there

Their newer artillery is more automated so less need?
