Weve' known the PLA has had this sort of soft kill/obfuscation decoy system in service for a long time, relevant for all sorts of ISR and guided munitions.
That's just a random grift account that is linking it excessively with drones (which happens to be the most modern flavour of the year threat).
Exercise some prejudice as to whether an account like that would be trusted to do accurate PLA watching...
