I always enjoy that US army can't repair it's equipment, it's like they taste their own poison when another country mistakenly import arms from them, especially non-nato countries.

No even the US military has right to repair. The US military will own nothing and be happy about it,
This issue was already very serious during the F-35 era. Lockheed Martin controlled a large amount of software and hardware services and could charge fees arbitrarily. If the US military could tolerate this for so many years, other companies would naturally just follow suit and try to make a fortune.
Is kinda understandable for the F-35 given that is an aircraft and normally aircraft manufacturers don't want you to put things that are not certificated by them because is a safety hazard. Though the arbitrary fees sucks. But for drones, portable electronics and vehicles is ridiculous, mostly is overpriced hardware make with of the shell components. That should be open source by default or at least open for the military
That may be why the manufacturer doesn't want operators repairing - operator might purchase subcomponents for repair from different vendors.
