Lots of things, and yes another s400 system too, India opened up a new airbase 40km from Pakistan border, in rajasthan area, the expectation is that the new s400 is gonna go there to do Area-denial for PAF.

Most of the stuff they are buying is for the army this time, idk why getting AP ammo? Cant they make it themselves?

Yeah, more S-400 and it says "aircraft", possibly Su-57 and there are some plans regarding extention of life for their Su-30 since they're getting older. So they're still commited to Russian weapons, even though France gets 40 billion in weapons order, albeit French weapons are more expencive, larger profit margins, so I'm not sure India will get more bang for the buck. All of this will take a number of years to complete, if they actually do.

Hi,
the most important tool in all these gadgets they trying is su30 with AESA including R37M as been offered by Russians well before recent skirmish with Pakistan though with radar upgrade at that time Indians were like we need Rafale with Meteor etc, but now to blow out full potential of R37M either you ride SU35 which Indians are not ready to take so best solution is radar upgrade with AESA as France denied their weapon access code to Indians to be integrated on other platforms S400 is basically for replenishment of taken out radars or battery by PAF and of cource to add on more radars and batteries to install on Pakistani side as been recently displayed by Pakistan with hypersonic missiles capabilities from land sea and air
