He was stationed at an IAF Station in Assam. He is accused of collecting and transferring sensitive details to a Pakistan. The details were related to Air Force installations, including Chabua Air Force Station, Nal Air Force Station, locations of fighter aircraft, missile systems and personnel-related information, via social media, in exchange for money.
The Nal Air Force Station was one of the targets struck by Pakistan in May 2025

Assam is on other side of India, it borders China-bangladesh, that area. So Cant be that, although Chabua Air Force Station do have Su30mki squadrons, if they moved it around for the attack?

Just realized that PAF/J-10C broke another record on May 7th.

Based on confirmed wreckage images we have:

1) Rafale (AESA antenna)
2) MKI (PESA antenna)
3) Mirage 2K (Slotted Array antenna)
4) MiG-29 (Twist-Cassegrain antenna)

Basically every type of fighter aircraft radar since 1970!!!

Interesting article that discussed in great detail on China's establishment of “triad” PNT system built around its BeiDou satellite constellation, backed by terrestrial towers and fibre-based infrastructure, to keep operating even when satellite signals are degraded or denied in the case of war. While contrasting India's as heavily betting on precision warfare (which assumes reliable PNT) without having an equivalent robust, layered PNT architecture; its own system, NavIC as anemic. It also described how a U.S. invention was abandoned in 2009 only for China to pickup on, expanded, much to the regret of the U.S. defense establishment.

For an Indian publication, written by an Indian author that's erudite, and level-headed was a very refreshing read for me.
