FPV drones from pro-Iranian groups have been spotted for the first time over the American military base "Victory" in Baghdad. The FPV drones, of an unknown model, are controlled via fiber optic cable and are possibly used by the "Islamic Resistance in Iraq" group. Judging by the video, the American military base is empty and the drone operator is attempting to find a target. In this case, the very use of FPV drones indicates a significant future threat to US bases in Iraq and the region. Currently, air defenses cannot effectively engage FPV drones.

that Iran wanted a deal, but he was unwilling to agree to one "because the terms are not good enough yet".

"We don't see any reason why we should talk with Americans, because we were talking with them when they decided to attack us," he tells CBS News' Face the Nation programme.

"This is a war of choice by President Trump and the United States, and we are going to continue our self defence."

  • Selective transit behavior continues under exceptional conditions, with several Pakistani and Turkish-linked vessels confirmed crossing the Strait on March 13 under apparent authorization or special circumstances.
  • Route redistribution across global shipping corridors remains active, with elevated traffic around the Cape of Good Hope, stable flows through Bab el-Mandeb, and sharply reduced volumes transiting the Suez Canal.
  • Energy infrastructure disruption expanded beyond the Strait as a drone-related fire temporarily halted oil loading operations at

Guys, I read there's back channel discussion about US pulling out from the middle east for the war to stop? How true is that. Means, US giving up Iraq bases, GCC bases and left only on Israel. The war will then stop
This would good for the US long-term (somewhat negative for China), but I doubt Israel will ever let them. US will be dragged back somehow.

BREAKING: Chinese satellite imagery indicates that the USS Abraham Lincoln has moved away from Iran’s coast and is now operating near Salalah, Oman, behind the coastal mountain range. The carrier is now more than 1,100 km from Iran, after previously being observed about 350 km from the Iranian coast.

The USS Gerald R. Ford has also repositioned, moving further south in the Red Sea and operating off the coast of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

--------------------------------------

Earlier this week, US Central Command (CENTCOM) repudiated Iranian claims that the two aircraft carriers retreated from the Arabian Sea.

The open-source satellite imagery now available proves the carriers have indeed repositioned to be out of range of Iranian missiles.
