The criteria are fundamentally different. In Revelation it is stated that war in the holy land will break out and that a third temple will be constructed. There however the antichrist will come, as well as the beast from the land and a beast from the sea. Together they will do many wonders and many people will believe them to be with/to be God and the Messiah. When in fact they, as usual, deceive the masses.

In secterian context it's rather important, because the Bible itself and Christendom overall makes a distinction between the Jews and the Gentiles who have found Salvation in Christ, the actual Messiah. Which boils more or less down to people who believe in Christ, his resurrection and on God to be the new Israelites/God's people under the covenant made with God through Christ. The Jews, as they are known today, are of the school of the pharisees, i.e. adhering to the Babylonian talmud, unrepentent dogma and in general opposition to the Gospel, as has been the case during the times of Christ on earth.

Most Christians reject the Ideology of evangelicals, because for one, you cannot force God's hand. It will play out when it will play out, and you are not even close to powerful enough to bring this about before the time has come, to which even Christ stated that not even he knows when this time will be, only the Father (God) does. To most, including to me as I consider myself a believing Christian, this is invoking a sense of itentions to bring about the antichrist. Which, as the false Messiah will be worshipped in the third temple. That jewish eshtalogy says that their Messiah will come with the third temple (and them having rejected the true Messiah before and after being raised from the dead), well you can imagine what I and others think about this. Ultimately, any Christian who is a Zionist or supportive of this is a strange case, because Zionist and jewish views are inherently incompatible with Christian views. There are more similarities between Christianity and Islam than between Judaism and any other religion.

Also Zionism is not completely detached from religion/judaism. It is a secular interpretation of judaism, as a substitute for regular ethno-nationalisn but it ultimately has it's entire foundation in the torah, tanakh and obviously the less than well looked upon talmud.

French ships don't have CIWS as other navies implement it. Their ships make do with Sylver VLS using Aster 15/30 missiles and for the close in task, they rely on Mistral MANPAD derivatives which are shorter ranged and less maneouverable than purpose built missiles of systems like SeaRam, HHQ-10 or Pantsir/Kashtan.

Below that, all they have is some good ol' 20mm cannons in RWS.

I Would say that the Persian Gulf, the red, is a death zone. Everything there has a high probability of being hit by Iranian Anti-ship missiles like the Noor. Different from the Argentinians dependency of France Exocet, the Iranians have their production of these missiles

In the yellow zone I think the threats go down but still is a very big risk. A single missile is not going to do much but a saturation attack could be problematic to say the least. A salvo of missiles and drones could overwhelm the air defenses and it only takes one hit of these to do serious damage. Plus add to that Iran boats and submarines armed with anti-ship missiles and torpedoes. Of course it would be difficult for the Iranians but not impossible. Also these threats are forcing the US to operate from a larger distance increasing the operational cost and increasing fatigue. There is also the risk that the Russians and probably even the Chinese are giving Iran real time intelligence that Iranians could use for targeting.

None of the Gulf states are going to participate or give too much support. So whatever assets the US have in their ships and far off bases that may or may not be outside the range of Iran ballistic missiles is what they have and will get depleted over time. The combat capabilities of both the US and the Iranians will downgrade over time but the issue is that the Iranians are in their home and the US is far away.

Don´t get me wrong, the US has, at least at the beginning have an overwhelming advantage in firepower, especially air power and they will do damage. But they are taking a big risk in Iran, given the country size, terrain, the way the US is going to fight the war and Iran capacity of producing their own weaponry. As I always say, countries with functional Military Industrial Complexes are countries that should be feared more than countries that just import weapons.

The Persian Gulf is a death zone any warship who enter there is not going to make it out, either by Noor and other antiship Missiles or Suicide Drones. Like a said before countries who make their own weapons should be feared more that countries that just import weapons. Imported weapons are limited by sales quantity and the ability for improvements is limited.

Why isn't Iran raining their missiles on Israel's F-35 airbase?

They did, but the effectiveness is still questionable. Even if they hit or not, the USIS media will never admitted, let alone if even a single F-35 was damaged.

They have learned their lesson from the downing of F-117 by Serbia.
