Iran is getting bombed into middle ages; in no way shape or form they can win this. The regime, however, can maintain the power. Getting bombed into middle ages is never a victory. Iran can absolutely inflict substantial damage to the gulf states and EU by targeting oil and gas infrastructure; let's hope Iran won't do that because the world economy suffers. Iranians should admit defeat, at least to themselves, get a truce and prepare for the future confrontation with better preparations. Otherwise, Iranians risk becoming a pre-industrial era nation, not to mention Kurdish and Azeri minorities preferences.

Nobody even takes him seriously on that. The armed forces would never try to land in Spain unless they had clearance and whomever is talking to Spain on trade is just like, "Don't take that seriously. Once gramps falls asleep and wakes up tomorrow, he won't remember any of that."

There are no signs at all of any destruction of their productive capacity nor of being thrown to backwards eras. I dont take anything israeli/us says at face value, and i wont do it due to ""western military science"" (in the sense of the heavily worldwide financed theoretical ecosystem the US controls) supposedly saying dogmas that must be believed and taken as tautologies in any movement in or before wars start. Neither should you.

The old Iran wanted to sue for peace and get a truce many times. None of it ever got them peace; they were attacked again and again, unprovoked, sometimes during negotiations. The final goal is to take all their land away and turn it into Israel. That is how evil the US and Israel are. The new Iran seems to understand that the only way forward is to fight and fight as hard as they can. Some will die; those who don't fight on. Even if they cannot directly defeat the US/Israel, if they can inflict enough damage to give the main challenger to American power an edge, they can survive and prosper in the new world. That is Iran's only chance at having a real future and it took the killing of an 86 year old man who prefered flowers to nukes for them to realize that.
