At this age, you cannot hide from the satellites. When China posted satellite images of US bases, it wasn't even the best resolution. However, you are still able to identify the planes.
When a satellite that has much much better resolution quality, you can zoom in to see the person's face, pennies on the floor or license plate. I think they also have features that you can lock on to the person whereever he goes and doesn't lose track of him.

Impossible, you'd need a huge mirror even from LEO to see such details and even then, atmospheric diffraction still limits resolution. Facial recognition and reading license plates from orbit remain firmly sci-fi in the foreseeable future.

Drones are the best offensive weapon for that. If Iran has the Russian version drone, it will be very deadly or a game changer. Much faster speed, more evasive and maneuvering, and higher explosive.
