"Certain" is a strong word.

"Strongly suspect" is more likely, given we know what at least one of the canister types for the UVLS looks like, per

Undercover deployments and shipping of weapon systems could be a thing. But these radar systems and ramps need to be hidden container until they are used, its still pretty hard to hide with cameras everywhere.

For force multipliers it could be interesting. Support ships could bring some VLS with them, Cargo or fishing ship could start guiding missiles launched from afar with installed radar.

LCS was supposed to carry modular subsytems a bit like these, we dont know the finish line of what we are seeing.

No one has talked about where these systems got electricity. We also one of the biggest challenges for developing modern warships is power management. Civilian ships certainly won't have any redundant power to feed these weapon system and electronic warfares. Let alone an EM catapult. I can't see any container which looks like generator module.

Stuff a few dozens containers with diesel fuel canisters and generators, another few dozens with Lithium batteries. You should have enough electricity for a few drone launches and the radar to last before you either get sunken or have your enemies sunken.

Ain't the thorium reactor sounds good now, no?

But seriously, a supplementary power generation module FEU (or multiple) to provide electricity, and a few capacitor powerbank FEU, that should be enough to meet the electricity demand surge during "that one hurrah".

China makes 96% of the world's containers, so they can ramp up rapidly.
That's a different dog, mate.

Putting together a standard TEU or FEU shipping container isn't that high tech, because it's in a nutshell is just a steel box.

It's the interior that gonna count. It'll be quite a thing if China's MIC already has a production line churning out those modules as we speak.
