What about Nepalese people? I heard that Nepalese don't need the special authroization to enter Tibet. People near the Sino-Nepalese border cross it daily especially Sherpas in the Khumbu Valley and Chengteng.
Doesn't even need to sanction them on RE, China already sanctioned Hanwha a few month ago over port fees which forced Hanwha to halt their US operations due to inability to purchase Chinese equipment, the sanctions were only subsequently paused for 1 year after US folded on port fees.
As it happens both ships and shipyard equipment takes time to manufacture, and sometimes companies are just too busy to take US orders. Hanwha is already known to be unable to build ships under Chinese sanctions, so even without sanctions China can indirectly cripple Hanwha's attempt at building ships for the US, and with explicit sanctions due to return in just 10 month, probably before they even start on any warship project, the whole plan is basically DOA.
I would still sanction the whole Hanwha Group. Because Hanwha sells K9 Thunder SPH to India. Their shipbuilding is just one threat. Their land systems and aerospace business is another.
The South Korean defence industries is well known for fast delivery. I think that is in large part due to their access to abundant and affordable Chinese material supplies. Deny them affordable Chinese RE. They cannot be allowed to deliver weapons to China's adversaries at timely and affordable rates.

India was never a serious factor for China for 5 thousand years and there is zero indication that will change even in another thousand years.
Their sheer numbers is a problem, but that’s more a problem for themselves than anyone else, as they are squandering their much vaunted demographic divide by given the vast majority of their population no real education, jobs or any real prospects.
China just needs to mind its own house and so long as it doesn’t fall to arrogance, entitlement and decadence like the west or past dynasties in terminal decline, it will never need to worry about India.
There so many countries more worthy for China to actually worry about before India that it’s ranking in terms of priority for China would mirror India’s Olympics medal table ranking.
The only foreseeable way India would warrant serious consideration from China is if they managed to successfully export hundreds of millions of their excess population and managed to take over Europe and America that way.

Whether or not it will work out in the end is another matter. Even if they take control of the government, there's nothing to stop the people and the army saying no, we don't want you guys here anymore and kick them out. Fiji and Uganda did it where Indians were a huge chunk of the population and held loads of power so what's stopping others?
Expulsion of ethnic group is very common in history. There used to be loads of Germans in east Europe until they got kicked out after ww2. And of course there's Jews.
While India has a large population, but so does Pakistan and Bangladesh. They both combined are around 1/3 of India's population. If China can support both Pakistan and Bangladesh to have enough military and economic might, then they can check India from two sides. China can then support by putting pressure from the north.
China can also fund insurgencies and rebellion inside India and support India's 200 million muslim population which are currently under extreme pressure from Modi's government and likely could foment a rebellion with foreign support. I think China can destablize India enough combined with Pressure from Pakistan Bangladesh to completely neutralize the India threat for good.
