I think its pretty funny the west just cant imagine China actually fucking them: everything they identified, from power generation to EUV to AI are just China doing its own thing and doing it better, their harm to the west all only through prenventing them from exploiting and enslaving the world.
But China can actually actively fuck with them, as we already seen RE and Nexperia, China can actually fuck with western datacenter by blocking access to power semiconductor, can actually shut down ASML by blocking RE, can actually destroy all western AI with a single "accident" at TSMC or just open "export control enforcement" on TSMC output.
Its funny and ironic they spent so much time trying to exploit others they ended up in an extremly vunerable position

Who would’ve thunk it? What is it with Asians who bad mouth the Chinese and they don’t understand why Chinese are not touring their country so they can make money. The most common thing you hear is how Chinese tourists behave badly and yet why do they want them to be tourists in their country? Is that what the US teaches their minions that somehow Chinese are still supposed to give their money to them despite the insults. It’s like the Japanese when they complained that China mixes politics with economics. Western sanctions are all about mixing politics and economics. Europe does the same and yet they somehow think they can make the Chinese think they’re not supposed to retaliate. Retaliation should expected or don’t do it in the first place. You only don’t accept the consequences because you think like a spoiled child.
Sooo, filipinos are saying that all the white male western tourists who go there with ulterior motives to indulge in the local underage sex tourism industry and abuse underage children is not economically benefiting them enough?

I hardly seen any travel agents promoting Philippine in NZ, not sure why anybody want to visit that country (apart from family purpose), decaying infrastructure, corruptions, scammers, etc. I am not sure what to see there that better than anywhere in SEA.
I have nothing against Filipino, in fact a few of my best friends here are Filipino, they are hard working guys and honest, even them never promoting Philippine as a tourist destination

Actually Nexperia is just China defending its own interests, and RE was just China tapping the breaks ever so slightly as both a test and a warning.

The stateless supertanker was falsely flying the Panamanian flag.
The seized Chinese shadow tanker CENTURIES has valid registration in Panama, its licensing is legitimate and up-to-date as of early 2025, and operated by a Hong Kong based firm.
The tanker is not under US, EU or UK sanctions.
I don't think China will do anything in reply. They will just make verbal condemnations talking about how this is illegal and such but nothing else.
China is kinda content with whatever Trump is doing by going after Venezuela and focusing US efforts on the Americas. They don't want Trump to get angry at China and attacking China once again using its so called allies like Japan or PH or Taiwan. They like the US pivot to Latin America.
