Ice. The fuel is very cold.Is this confirmed to be the video from today? Today's rocket is suppose to have an unpainted stainless steel surface for 1st stage. This just doesn't look like it.

It come down on a parabolic trajectory obviously, it’s not pointing at the pad until the very last moment. There is someone said :
“No, it knew it wasn't going to make it, so it's designed to miss the target. Like the F9, if the landing burn were successful, it would make the course correction to smack and burn directly on the target.”
Everything thoughout much of the launch process had been going well. The payload was sent to orbit, and the primary booster was pretty close to make a landing as well before blowing up at the last moment, and even the point of crash is just right next to the intended touchdown pad, which is pretty close.
I'd rate this ~80-90% success for its first attempt.
Hopefully ZQ-3 will have a successful 1st stage booster recovery like the Blue Glenn for its next launch attempt.
Next up should be the CZ-12A - Let's hope this one is a success.
just some counterweight I think, not an actual payloadAny idea what payload was carried? Apart from CZ5, this is the largest Chinese LV, and can launch substantial payload.
