Division? There is no division. Current EU is radical pro-US and anti-china. This is just the beginning. I expect europe to start acting like trump 1.0 in terms of anti-china actions
At the very least this is a good opportunity to massively expand sanctions on the EU
The U.S. is using its European agents to test the waters of recognising taiwan. Anglos, never having been a warrior race, use their merchant mentality of getting others to pay for their own mistakes, and in this, European leaders who are compromised will follow Anglo diktat unswervingly.
