We have Baerbock as President of the UN General Assembly (ceremonial as the job may be), so there's that.
Not sure how that freak got become the head of the general assembly. Oh well, most people know that as long as the USA is where the home of the UN headquarters, it will continue to be useless as hell.

Is that safe long term for car engines? An ethanol content that high should screw the compression ratios off what the onboard ECU could tolerate, right?
I watched a youtube said, that ethanol petrol moved lower range of a car, like increase the Liter use per 100km...

From what I understand ethanol makes rubber components and gaskets in the engine and fuel system degrade faster.
NBR is the typical material for engine gaskets, and it is indeed incompatible with alcohols.

I think the tough challenge is dynamic seals. NBR works for rotary seals because it is wettable by oil, while other more chemically inert seals like fluoropolymers are not wetted by oil, making dynamic seals suffer high wear.

Ethanol has lower energy density than gasoline.

About 3% to 6% reduction in mileage at 20% ethanol and India is pushing for 27% ethanol by 2030. Government gets all the savings and consumer gets to buy extra fuel at the same price.

As of now, there is a 55% tax on the overall selling price of petrol in India.
