The sad truth is that this is exactly the kind of person that anti-immigration people don’t want around. He is not going to contribute to the economy any time soon. It’s a little unfair, he could get lucky, certainly he has some personal motivation, but he would be so far behind at his age, it is difficult to get ahead.
